Connect a Microsoft mailbox

Sign in with Microsoft

1. Open Email accounts and click Connect a mailbox.
2. Pick Microsoft, then Sign in with Microsoft.
3. Choose the mailbox you want to send from and sign in.
4. Accept the permissions ZicReach asks for: read, send and manage your email.
5. You come back to Email accounts with the mailbox connected. Turn on warmup with the flame.

If Microsoft asks for admin approval

Your organisation only lets administrators approve new apps. Ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to follow Allow ZicReach in Microsoft 365, then try again.

No Sign in with Microsoft button?

Connect over SMTP instead: see Enable SMTP in Microsoft 365 or GoDaddy. With SMTP the mailbox sends, but Microsoft does not let ZicReach read replies with a password, so replies and warmup need Sign in with Microsoft.

Good to know

• ZicReach never sees or stores your Microsoft password.
• Mailboxes bought through GoDaddy are Microsoft 365 mailboxes and connect the same way.
