Exports, Trash and save states

Download your data, restore deleted tables and roll your setup back.

Exports

  • Open Exports at the bottom of the menu.
  • Export leads: choose a list and click Download CSV.
  • Export the suppression list, and campaign results from a campaign's results page.

Trash

  • Deleted tables stay in Trash for 90 days, with all their rows. Rows deleted in bulk are kept for a shorter time, shown at the top of the page.
  • Click the restore icon (a circular arrow) to bring a table or a batch of rows back.
  • Click the bin icon to delete a table for good. This cannot be undone.

Save states

  1. Under Save now, name the state and click Save current state.
  2. Turn on automatic saves if you want them made for you.
  3. To go back, find the state, tick what to bring back and click Restore only the ticked items.
