Notifications and alerts

Choose which problems reach you, and see what needs your attention.

Alerts

  • The bell opens Alerts: things done on your behalf and anything that needs you.
  • Needs attention now lists the urgent ones first.
  • Dismiss one, or click Mark all read.

Choose what reaches you

  1. Open Settings, then Notifications.
  2. Turn on the problems you want to hear about and how: the hourly popup, or an email.
  3. Click Save.

What is on by default

  • On: the Hourly popup, Deliverability and Account.
  • Off until you turn them on: emails about critical problems, emails about warnings, Campaigns and Mailboxes.
1 Hourly popup. 2 Deliverability. 3 Account. These three are on by default.
