AI-written emails for each prospect

Let AI write a step of your sequence for each person when it is sent, from their details and your AI Training.

Turn it on for a step

  1. Open the campaign and go to the Sequence tab.
  2. On the step you want, switch on AI writes this email for each prospect.
  3. Optional: under Instructions for AI, say what to mention, for example "Mention our case study with a similar company" (up to 500 characters).
  4. Click Save sequence.

How it writes

  • Each email is written when it is sent, from every column of the lead and your AI Training (your offer, ideal customer, voice and email samples).
  • It is 70 words or fewer, uses no spam words and follows your words to avoid.
  • Your own subject and body on the step are optional. They are sent only if AI cannot write that email.
  • Follow-ups written by AI stay in the same thread when Send as a reply in the same thread is on.

Preview for a lead

  1. Pick a lead from the campaign in the list next to Preview for a lead.
  2. Click Preview for a lead. The email appears below with its word count.
  3. Change the instructions or your AI Training and preview again until it reads well.

Credits

  • Each email written by AI uses 1 credit, and so does each preview.
  • With your own AI model connected in Settings, Integrations, AI models, it uses no credits.

Tips

  • Fill in AI Training first, especially Offer, Ideal customer and Email copy samples.
  • Add useful columns to your leads (company description, recent news, an icebreaker). The more the AI knows about a person, the better the email.
  • Readiness checks skip AI-written steps, because each email only exists once it is sent.
