Check your domain records and blocklists, and see whether mail reaches the inbox.
Two tabs
Deliverability is one menu item with two tabs at the top: Domains and Inbox placement.
1 Domains and Inbox placement tabs. 2 Re-check all. 3 Open a mailbox for details.
Domains tab
For each mailbox you see its MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, whether its domain is on a blocklist, and whether it is ready to send.
Click a mailbox to see the details and what to fix. Click Re-check all after you change your DNS records.
Fix a failing check
Open the mailbox on the Domains tab to see which record is missing or wrong.
Add or correct that record where you manage your domain.
Wait a little for the change to spread, then click Re-check all.
Inbox placement tab
Shows, for each mailbox provider such as Gmail or Outlook, whether engagement has dropped compared with its usual level. A sudden drop usually means mail is landing in spam there.
Also on the Domains tab
Custom tracking domain: put open and click tracking links on your own subdomain. Add it, create the record shown, then click Verify and Activate.
Suppression list: addresses that will never be emailed, such as bounces and unsubscribes. You can add one by hand.
