Email accounts

Connect the mailboxes your campaigns send from, set their daily limits and move them between workspaces.

Connect a mailbox

  1. Click Connect a mailbox.
  2. Pick where the mailbox is: Google, Microsoft or Any provider.
  3. Google and Microsoft: click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft when it is offered. Otherwise use an app password (Google) or SMTP (Microsoft).
  4. Any provider: pick Hostinger, Zoho or Other, then enter the sender name, the email address, the SMTP username and password, and the IMAP server for replies and warmup.
  5. Set the daily sending limit and click Connect and test.

Guides for each provider

  • Connect a Google mailbox, and Use an app password for Gmail, for Gmail and Google Workspace.
  • Allow ZicReach in Google Workspace, when your organisation limits which apps can sign in.
  • Connect a Microsoft mailbox, and Allow ZicReach in Microsoft 365, for Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
  • Enable SMTP in Microsoft 365 or GoDaddy, to connect a Microsoft mailbox with a password.

The list

  • Each row shows the mailbox, its health score, warmup progress, emails sent today, daily limit and status.
  • Hover the health score to see how many warmup emails went to spam.
  • The flame turns warmup on or off. The menu (three dots) lets you send a test, pause or enable the mailbox, open its deliverability checks or remove it.
1 Connect a mailbox. 2 Health score. 3 Warmup on or off. 4 More actions.

Daily limit

  • Each mailbox can send up to 50 campaign emails a day. 20 is recommended.
  • Tick Raise the campaign sending limit gradually to let a new mailbox build up slowly.
  • A campaign's own daily limit and ramp apply on top of this.

Manage a mailbox

  • Click a mailbox to open its Settings and Warmup tabs.
  • Add a signature on the Settings tab. Use it in emails with the sender signature variable.
  • Send a test, or pause and enable the mailbox, from the Mailbox card.

Move a mailbox to another workspace

  1. Open the mailbox and stay on its Settings tab.
  2. Under Move to another workspace, pick the workspace.
  3. Click Move mailbox and confirm.
  4. The mailbox, its limits and its warmup go with it. It stops sending for this workspace's campaigns; past conversations stay here.
1 Pick the workspace. 2 Move mailbox.

Reconnect a mailbox

  1. A mailbox connected with Google or Microsoft shows Reconnect needed when its sign-in expires, for example after a password change. It stops sending until then.
  2. Click Reconnect on the mailbox, or open it and click Reconnect on its Sign-in card.
  3. Sign in with the same address. The mailbox, its warmup and its campaigns carry on where they stopped.

Tips

  • For Gmail without Sign in with Google, use an app password from your Google account, not your normal password.
  • Use several mailboxes at a modest limit rather than one mailbox at a high limit.
  • Moving is offered only between workspaces of the same account where you are an owner or admin.
