Connect a Google mailbox

Sign in with Google

1. Open Email accounts and click Connect a mailbox.
2. Pick Google, then Sign in with Google.
3. Choose the mailbox you want to send from.
4. Allow ZicReach to read, send and manage your email. Leave that box ticked, or the mailbox cannot send.
5. You come back to Email accounts with the mailbox connected. Turn on warmup with the flame.

If Google says the app is blocked

• Your Google Workspace administrator limits which apps can sign in. Ask them to follow Allow ZicReach in Google Workspace, then try again.
• If Google says it has not verified the app, click Advanced and continue to ZicReach, or ask your administrator to mark ZicReach as Trusted.

No Sign in with Google button?

Use an app password instead. It works for every Gmail and Google Workspace mailbox with 2-Step Verification on.

Good to know

• ZicReach never sees or stores your Google password.
• Replies, bounces and warmup are read through your Google account, so nothing else needs to be set up.
• You can remove access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. The mailbox then asks you to reconnect.
