Make a recording

1. Open Recordings from the menu, in either module.
2. Give it a title and pick a quality. Qualities your plan does not include are marked Upgrade.
3. Choose Microphone, Camera bubble and Tab or system audio, then click Start recording.
4. Pick the screen, window or tab to record. Recording starts after a 3 second countdown.
5. Use Pause and Resume as you go, and click Stop when you are done.

While it records

• The video uploads while you record, so it is ready a moment after you stop.
• Keep the Recordings tab open until the upload finishes. A short connection drop is retried for you.
• The camera bubble opens in a small floating window. Share your entire screen to have it in the video.
• Recording stops by itself at your plan's time limit.

Share or download

1. Open the recording from the library.
2. Click Share to get a link anyone can watch without signing in. Choose how long the link works.
3. Click Turn sharing off to stop the link working. Sharing again gives a new link.
4. Click Download to save the original video file (WebM, or MP4 from Safari).

Storage and limits

• Your plan sets the best quality, the minutes per recording and the storage for the workspace.
• The storage you use is shown at the top of Recordings. Deleting a recording frees its space.
• Everyone in the workspace can record, using the workspace owner's plan.
