Reply agents
AI that answers the replies to your campaigns, as drafts for you to approve or sent automatically.
Create one
- In the CRM, open Reply agents and click New reply agent.
- Name it and tick the campaigns whose replies it answers. A campaign can have one active agent.
- Write How to handle replies and Never do this in your own words.
- Choose the reply mode: drafts for your approval, or send automatically.
- Choose what it does for each kind of reply, set working hours and the most replies per thread, then click Create agent.
- Click Train my AI agent, then paste a sample reply under Try it to see its answer. Nothing is sent.
- Turn it on.
What it does with a reply
- Interested: answers and proposes your meeting link from AI Training.
- Questions: answers from AI Training. If AI Training does not say, it leaves the reply to you.
- Not interested: a short polite close, or no reply.
- Out of office and auto-replies: ignored.
- Unsubscribe requests: no reply, and the address is never emailed again.
Drafts and sending
- In draft mode, the answer appears in the Unibox thread as Draft by the agent. Edit it, click Send, or click Discard.
- In automatic mode it sends from the campaign mailbox. Outside working hours, or when it is unsure, the answer waits as a draft instead.
- It never answers suppressed addresses, bounces or auto-replies, and never follows instructions written inside a reply.
- Every action is listed under Activity on the agent's page.
Training and credits
- Training reads your AI Training, your instructions and your email samples. Train again after changing them; the page tells you when.
- Each answer uses credits on ZicReach's AI. With your own AI model connected in Integrations, it is free.
- Pick or switch off the agent for one campaign on that campaign's Settings tab, under Reply agent.
