Lead tables and enrichment
Your lead lists as a grid, with columns that enrich, verify and write for you.
Import a list
- Open Lead lists and choose Import a CSV.
- Name the table and pick your CSV file. It needs a header row with an email column.
- Click Create table and import.
Add enrichment columns
- Open a table and click Add column at the end of the header.
- Choose Add enrichment, Use AI, Message, Waterfall, Formula or Merge columns.
- Set up the column and run it on a few rows to test it.
- Run it on the whole table, or turn on Auto-run so new rows fill in on their own.
Work with rows
- Tick rows, then choose Verify email addresses, Fill in missing data, Re-score and qualify, Add to a campaign or Delete.
- Filter, sort and save views of the table.
- List insights, duplicates and each lead's profile and timeline are a click away.
- Add a Match fit column (ZicAgent) to score how well each row fits the business you describe. It fills Fit Score and a grade from A to F, and Insights lets you copy, download or delete the rows of any grade.
- Right-click a row's tick box or number to run, copy, paste, insert a row, leave feedback or delete. Shift+Delete deletes the ticked rows (they go to Trash).
- To stop repeats, open Table Settings and switch on Remove repeats automatically. Pick the columns under Match rows by, then choose Keep the old row or Replace it with the new row.
Tips
- Verify emails before sending to keep your bounce rate low.
- Deleted tables go to Trash and can be restored for 90 days.
