Check the addresses in a table before you send, and remove the ones that would bounce.
Verify a table
Open the table and choose Verify emails from the More menu (three dots), or from the email column's menu.
Pick the column that holds the emails. Tick Check again the rows already verified if you want fresh results.
Click Verify emails. The status fills in as each address is checked.
1 The email column. 2 Check again. 3 Verify emails.
Read the results
Valid and Accepts mail: safe to send.
Catch-all and Risky: the domain accepts everything, so the address may still bounce.
Unknown: the mail server did not answer. Invalid: the address does not exist.
Tick a status and click Remove ticked rows to clear those rows out (they go to Trash).
Other ways
Tick rows and use More, With the rows you ticked, Verify email addresses.
Ask ZicAgent "Verify the emails in this table".
Turn on Validate emails before sending on a campaign's Settings tab to check each address once more before it is emailed.
Verifiers and credits
Connect an email verifier such as ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, MillionVerifier or Bouncer under Settings, Integrations, Email verification. Each check uses credits at the price set for your account.
